COVID-19 RESPONSE

The Co-operative has responded to the challenges of the pandemic by reducing office hours, instituting new protocols for Personal Protective Equipment for unit maintenance visits, mandating that masks be worn inside all indoor common spaces like the laundry room and bicycle storage room, extending laundry room hours, and by holding general membership meetings virtually. These measures will remain in place until further notice.

REDUCED OFFICE HOURS

For the foreseeable future, the Co-op office will remain closed. Members are encouraged to use email to contact the office at office@sprucecourt.coop, or by telephone at (416) 969-6352. Please be patient if contacting the office by telephone; as staff are working remotely much of the time, it may take a little longer for telephone messages to be returned. All maintenance requests must use the Work Order system. Work Orders can be dropped off at the office through the dedicated mail slot.

WINDOW REPLACEMENTS

The Window Replacement Project is ongoing. The next phase of window replacements is planned for Spring 2021. Stay tuned for more information as we get closer to the next replacements.
